Before the debut of ASTRO, the fantagio staff gave an opportunity for the fans to suggest a fandom name on their official cafe. On february 23, 2016, during the debut showcase of ASTRO, the official fandom name was announced. 

 

Brief Background of ASTRO Philippines (Astrofanbase_ph) 

is a fanclub dedicated for the 6 members of the South Korean boy band, ASTRO. It was officially established in the 8th day of January 2016, a month before their debut.
